Shipping
Due to the fragile nature of kelp beds, supplies may be limited; therefore we cannot be held liable for any delays in order fulfilment. However, we will notify you of any delay in shipping.
All orders are shipped via Regular Post. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.

Kelp based nutritional supplements are food supplements, therefore no sales tax is charged.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of opened products. Only unopened products will be accepted for refunds. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If You Need to Return a Shipment:
1. Contact customerservice@kelpnutritionalsupplements.com prior to returning any product. In your email include the following:
- your name
- your order number (credit card receipt)
- items you wish to return
- reason for return (ie. incorrect item, damaged item, etc.)
- whether you prefer a replacement item, credit or a refund on your credit card. A customer service representative will respond with a return authorization number.

2. Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue either a credit slip or a refund on your credit card, or ship a replacement product depending upon your request.
Note:
- Customer pays shipping on returns and these charges are not refundable.
- We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
